| UPPER HRMS 1.0 is a Human Resource Management System designed by Upperlink to administer the functions of Human Resources departments in organizations. It is highly customizable and as such no two HRMS systems are exactly the same due to the uniqueness of each organization. The traditional HR function consists of tracking existing employee data which traditionally includes personal histories, skills, capabilities, accomplishments and salary. Upper HRMS 1.0 will reduce the manual workload of these administrative activities by electronically automating many of these. Upper HRMS 1.0 will address the following issues:

Upper HRMS 1.0 consists of two main modules: Welfare and Benefits Administration module and Job Administration module.
The Welfare and Benefits Administration module will automate the payroll process by gathering data on employee time and attendance, calculating various deductions and taxes, and generating monthly pay slips. It will also gather standardized time and work related efforts of employee.
The Job and Administration module will ease the remaining HR aspects from application to retirement. The system records basic demographic and address data, selection, training and development, capabilities and skills management, compensation planning records and other related activities. All these data are captured in a robust database. It will notify employers of the position of their employees and provide position management and position control. It will ensure only the right candidates with the requisite skill are recruited. This module will significantly cut down the cost of recruitment. |
